Our turbans are handmade by our Maisha Family in Istanbul so there might be some small differences between each item. We do our best to not throw away any fabric during the production process so the pattern may differ from the pictures shown on our webshop.

All of our Turbans are onesize but sewn with a strap in the neck that makes it possible to personalize them
You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your package. If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below

Send an e-mail to: customerservice@maishastockholm.com with your order number and the reason you want to make the return. After that, we will send you a return slip and a form that must be filled in for the return to be approved.

The products returned must be in original condition, unbroken packaging and unused and have the tags left.

Once we receive the return, we will make a refund within 14 days. We always make an assessment of the returned goods - if the product is broken or used it will affect the refund.
