We take pride in our friendship with the Move Zanzibar Community center and have committed to providing them with regular financial support. The center is situated in Jambiani, a village located on the South East coast of Zanzibar. Their primary goal is to bring about life-changing improvements to underprivileged and vulnerable children residing in Zanzibar. Their efforts are focused on catering to the physical, educational, spiritual, and social needs of young children and adolescents, enabling them to achieve their full potential and develop into independent, well-educated, and well-equipped adults with ample opportunities to create a bright future for themselves

Maisha, takes its name from the Swahili word for life, which perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the piece we envisioned creating. Drawing inspiration from the colorful traditional clothing and the Ottoman Empire architecture of Swahili culture, Maisha is also heavily influenced by the beautiful souls of Zanzibar.
Stone Town, Zanzibar - a location that immediately captivated us with its lively atmosphere and warm-hearted locals. Walking through the maze of narrow alleys, inhaling the aroma of spicy tea and listening to the melodic call to prayer, we were transported back in time. Stone Town is a vibrant juxtaposition of faded colonial buildings and bustling markets, where the crooked streets are alive with art, creativity, and inspiration.

OUR VISION
We believe that by inspiring, motivating, and educating future generations, we can make a difference in the world. Until we are able to fund a centre by our own, we will continue to support other organizations who share our vision.
